The
Service
To
secure an agreed objective. We do this by analyzing the available evidence,
agreeing a strategy and implementing it. The courts are but one tool at our
disposal. Processes such as mediation, informal arbitration (where a non-binding
view is given as to merits on a preliminary investigation) or straightforward
hard talking and negotiation are all equally effective in the appropriate
case.
Litigation may be appropriate to secure an advantage in a longer campaign.
At either extreme the skills are the same; to identify the issues, agree a
realistic objective and a strategy to achieve it. If this is done an accurate
assessment can be given on costs and less time is spent seeking instructions
and dealing with unexpected problems.
Once we have reached an agreement your need not be constantly involved; the
art of successful delegation is to enable you to get on with what you want
to do. Your objective becomes our mission and you can be confident of regular
reporting, involvement at all critical stages and our constant attention to
promote your objectives.
